Packet Pick Up from Event Data Solutions eliminates the need for printing bib number look ups and check off cross reference lists for packet pick up.

Users of the Packet Pick Up System enter any portion of their first and/or last name to retrieve runner information from your main database. Hyperlinked cross references on address and team name combine with hyperlinked, toggled sorting on name increase the speed of looking up runners to mere seconds.

Multiple selection technology means that multiple runners can be timestamped all at once, vastly improving system speed for team and family events.

Once retrieved, a single click writes a time stamp of the pickup so you know who has had their packet picked up and exactly when. This gives you the ability to monitor your pick ups dynamically throughout your packet pick up.

An optional statistical analysis of packet pick up can allow you to profile your event on an hourly basis to help plan for volunteer loading in the future.
