With remote chip timing, you will set set up and take down the gear as well as manage data on site and can use our onsite race manager tool or text your timer to make any needed updates while the race is happening.

You can supply your own timing hardware and timing chips (in whole or in part), or use EDS's hardware.  The more you supply, the lower your timing cost.   This is a great alternative for race directors wanting to lower their chip timing costs without sacrificing focusing and loving on their runners on race day instead of tending to race data.

EDS's hardware is super simple to set up, puts itself online and synchronizes time with the internet every minute.  We'll the deliver any needed gear and tags in advance of the race along with links to online training  videos and documentation so you can practice set up in advance of race day.
